garden decking

When I qualified in 1990 the decking revolution had yet to begin. Around the mid 90's we began to see ever increasing ranges of decking and railings appear in gardens.     One major advantage of decking is that it can be built regardless of damp courses, coming right up to the floor level of your living room and giving a real feeling of extension to your living space. This can also save money on laborious digging up of old concrete or patios.   At County Landscapes our decks are built onto a secure frame with the legs and supports set into the ground in concrete. Nail gun? Never heard of one, each board is firmly double screwed down to the joist ensuring a deck that will look as good in years to come as it did on the day we built it. We can supply and install a deck in either treated softwood or sustainable hardwood for a more regal look!
